The play@home programme was officially launched across the Highlands in June 2002 with the first families receiving booklets being those whose babies were born after 1st August. Now that the ‘original’ babies have received both their toddler and pre-school booklet, the pilot of the programme is complete and this report draws together the process of the roll out of play@home in the Highlands.
