Scottish Government Physical Activity Champion Andrew Murray is running 7 Ultra Marathons on all 7 continents within 7 days. He's doing this to raise awareness of the benefits of exercise and the Minister for Commonwealth Games and Sport, Shona Robison, Chief Medical Officer Harry Burns, and NHS Chief Executive Derek Feeley have backed it, and have signed up themselves.
