Child Healthy Weight Publications Consultation
The NHS Health Scotland suite of Child Healthy Weight resources is currently being reviewed and the support of people working within the Child Healthy Weight arena is needed. Your professional knowledge and experience will help to guide our publication updates.
A short survey questionnaire has been developed to enable your views to be captured.
The survey should only take around 15 mins to complete and includes questions relating to the following publications:
- BOOKLETS: Parents , Professionals & Z Card (fold-out for older children)
- POSTERS: Eat Me Size Meals, Have Fun With 5 a Day, On the Go
- BMI Charts (Harlow copyright): Boys & Girls

Additionally, please feel free to circulate this survey link to colleagues who use these resources, perhaps working in direct delivery on your CHW programme or on the periphery of your programme but in support of the CHW agenda.
